1. Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All products sold on Pharmatopper are digital products (PDF notes, Previous Year Questions (PYQs), study materials, etc.).

📌 Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

This is because:

  • Digital files can be easily copied or shared

  • Access is granted immediately after payment

  • The product cannot be “returned” once delivered

2. When Refund Is Applicable (Rare Cases)

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

✅ Duplicate Payment
If you are charged more than once for the same product due to a technical issue.

✅ Non-Delivery of Product
If payment is successful but you do not receive the download link or access to the product, even after contacting us.

✅ Corrupted or Incorrect File
If the file provided is corrupted or completely different from what was mentioned in the product description, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

📌 In such cases, replacement will be preferred over refund.

3. When Refund Is NOT Applicable

❌ Change of mind after purchase
❌ You don’t like the content or expected something else
❌ Lack of understanding of the subject
❌ Compatibility issues with your device
❌ Accidental purchase
❌ Partial usage or downloading of files

    • Reason for refund
